Purchasing Policy
On completion of your commission form you will be sent a verification email. Heath Geiman Fine Art will ship the artwork to you within the timeline decided upon. When your artwork has been shipped you will be notified, including the delivery tracking number if applicable.
Payments; Squarespace Payment Processor; Payments and processing of payments is subject to the third party’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to pay Heath Geiman Fine Art, through the payment processor, the full amount as charged.
Customer Complaints; If there are any problems or discrepancies with your order, you shall notify Heath Geiman Fine Art within 5 days of receipt of your delivery via email to heathgeimanfineart@gmail.com
